Frankincense has a rich, woody, earthy aroma with a deeply grounding nuance. It is also one of the few anti-tumoral therapeutic essential oils and is a useful expectorant, intended to aid bronchial congestive problems. In skincare formulations, Frankincense is said to help refresh dull and aging complexions. Its properties include analgesic, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antiseptic, astringent, carminative, digestive, diuretic, expectorant, sedative, tonic, and vulnerary.

This one has a woodsy essence I haven't experienced with other oils, and I try many different brands due to running a holistic health and wellness practice. I keep coming back to Plantlife for my frankincense. Another important review is you don't need a lot with this extraction. I need double the amounts for other oils to receive the benefits; with Plantlife, I only need 2-3 drops for efficacy. It's a very nice version; you will not be disappointed! Be well!"
