Return Policy

Our commitment to you begins from the moment you place your order with us. When you buy Plantlife products, you can be assured of quality and value in natural body care. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the merchandise within 15 days of purchase, for a prompt refund. While we accept returns, please note that we do not do exchanges. We only refund items purchased directly from Plantlife's website. If there is a problem with the product you purchased at a store or through a E-commerce online retailer, please contact them directly for reparation.

To return product, please email info@plantlife.net to request to return your product. Once the product is returned to our facility, a prompt refund will be provided. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy

We use UPS, DHL and USPS (certain restrictions apply) for continental domestic and international shipments. The customer is responsible for taxes and duties for international orders.

For an estimate on shipping cost, add the items to the cart and choose the shipping method you prefer. Free shipping promotions do not apply for international orders.

Once a package has left our facility and given to the shipping carrier, we no longer have control over the package. If an issue arises with your order while in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Delivery Times

The average order processing time is 1-3 days, this does not include the carrier transit time. Orders usually ship from our facility within 48 hours but during peak seasonal times, can take up to 5 business days. Please note that orders submitted after 10 am (Pacific Standard Time) will not be processed the same day. 

Incorrect Address / Non Deliverable / Refused Shipments / Address Changes

If the customer enters an incorrect address for their order, the customer is responsible for any additional charges related to the shipment of the order, including re-shipping the order.

If the customer refuses their order, the order is considered a non-authorized return and will incur a 50% restocking fee, plus all shipping and handling charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you place an order via phone, email or via plantlife.net website, you automatically accept all the terms in this Policy section.

Credit Cards / Order Processing

We accept most major credit cards.

Please note that the website payment system will automatically authorize your credit card once your order is processed, it can not be altered in any way. If you forgot something or made a mistake, you will need to cancel the order within your account on Plantlife.net and place another order.

Damaged, Missing or Lost in Transit Items

While your orders is shipped with extreme care, packages can get damaged in transit. In the event you receive a damaged package, take a picture of the damage and keep all packing materials and box intact. Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim for the damage. If you discard the damaged goods, there may be no refund or credit by the carrier due to the fact that the claim will not be able to be verified.

Plantlife is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that the carrier shows as delivered via the tracking number and will not issue a refund for the order.

If your order is missing a product, you must report the discrepancy to us within 3 days of receiving your order for a refund of the missing product.
