<p>Lava rocks are made from cooled molten rock and is very common, found all over the earth and in the ocean. Lava rock is said to be grounding, strengthening, and energizing. The stones are lightweight, making them great for jewelry, and porous, which allows the stone to absorb oils. <br></p>
<p>Please note: Essential oil must only be placed on the lava stones if the oil is placed elsewhere it could cause damage to the bracelet.</p>

Apply a few drops of essential oil to the lava stones. Allow to absorb and dry before wearing. Refresh by adding more oil every few days or as needed.
